No relief for Mr Mitchell MP in the "plebgate" affair
Andrew Mitchell MP v News Group Newspapers Ltd – Judgment 27 November [2013] EWCA Civ 1537
The Court of Appeal have ruled against the appeal of Mr Mitchell for relief against sanctions applied in relation to costs budgeting when assessing costs. This ruling will be important regarding all cases concerning relief from sanctions in relation to inadequate Costs Budgets.
